Wilkes University invites applicants for a TRIO Director of the Upward Bound Program within the Office of Academic Success. This is a full-time, 12-month administrative staff position reporting to the Associate Dean, Academic Success.

The successful candidate will lead, design, implement, administer, and manage all activities of the Upward Bound Program to help low-income, first-generation students attain a college degree, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and university policies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Education, Social Services, Counseling, or related field.
• Experience leading educational programs for low-income/first-generation students.
• Experience with TRIO programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all activities of the Upward Bound Program.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and university policies.
