Job summary

Acumatica is seeking a Director of VAR GTM & Enablement to scale a payments channel within its SMB and lower‑middle‑market VAR ecosystem. You will lead cross‑functional efforts with Payments, Sales, Product, and Marketing to educate and evangelize the Payments opportunity and remove barriers to adoption, driving partner engagement and sign‑ups.

In this senior IC role, you will own activation, design repeatable GTM plays, and establish an operating cadence for pipelines, forecasts, and quarterly

Qualifications

• 8+ years in channel, partnerships, indirect sales, partner GTM, partner enablement, or related roles.
• Deep ERP and channel expertise with ERP VARs, resellers, dealers, or implementation partners.
• Experience in SMB and/or lower-middle-market ERP ecosystems.
• Direct experience with the Acumatica ecosystem is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive VAR Activation and Payment Volume across North American VAR base from awareness to first transaction and scaled payments.
• Build joint GTM with priority VARs including plans, forecasts and QBRs.
• Design VAR enablement: product knowledge, payments economics, and sales tools for Acumatica VAR sellers.
• Evolve the payments partner program with incentives, certifications, MDF, and benefits.
• Represent the Payments Program to internal and external stakeholders; lead advisory sessions and executive reviews.
