Job summary

Acumatica is hiring a Director of VAR GTM & Enablement to build a scalable payments channel across North American VARs. You will shape a repeatable GTM operating model that drives activation, adoption, and revenue from VAR relationships.

In this executive IC role, you will partner with Payments, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations to educate the market, remove barriers, and implement enablement programs, certification, and tools that scale across hundreds of partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in channel, partnerships, indirect sales, or related roles.
• Deep ERP and channel expertise with ERP VARs or partners.
• Experience in SMB/lower-middle-market ERP ecosystems.
• Direct experience with Acumatica ecosystem is preferred.
• Ability to drive commercial outcomes through an indirect partner base.
• Experience building partner programs and enablement motions.

Responsibilities

• Own activation and payments volume across North American Acumatica VAR base.
• Build joint GTM with strategic VARs and provide quarterly business reviews.
• Design VAR enablement programs, certification, and sales tools.
• Evolve partner program incentives, tiering, and benefits.
• Diagnose adoption barriers and coordinate cross-functional teams.
