Job Description
The Director, Value Realization will lead the end-to-end realization of value from the enterprise Transformation Program. Reporting to the Vice President, Value Realization Office, this role is accountable for establishing the governance, financial discipline, tracking, and reporting needed to ensure transformation commitments are properly baselined, owned, forecasted, and delivered.
As the primary owner of Transformation value realization, the Director will bring rigor to business cases, enforce value-capture discipline against baseline, and serve as the finance approver at each transformation stage-gate. The role will also serve as the principal business partner to the Chief Transformation Officer, acting as the primary point of contact for value realization, business case governance, financial performance, and transformation execution.
Working closely with Transformation Tower Leads, Functional Executives (Finance, IT, HR, Procurement), and Corporate FP&A, the Director will translate transformation activities into clear P&L and cash impacts for Markets and Functions.
The role will collaborate closely with the Integration Value Realization team to create a consistent enterprise approach to business-case management, performance measurement, and executive reporting. The successful candidate will be a highly influential leader able to drive alignment and accountability across a complex global organization while protecting and realizing approved savings.
