Job summary

Brink’s is seeking a Director of Value Realization to lead end-to-end value capture for the Transformation Program. You will partner with the Chief Transformation Officer and FP&A, establishing governance, baselining, forecasting, and executive reporting across Markets and Functions.

You will drive grounded business cases, apply discipline to benefits tracking, and ensure savings are realized while aligning with budgets and long-range plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of FP&A, transformation finance, value realization, or finance business partnering in a global organization.
• Proven track record building financial governance, business cases, and executive reporting cadences.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to link operational initiatives to P&L impact.
• Executive presence and ability to influence across a matrixed stakeholder environment.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning in complex/global environments.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading value realization or savings delivery for large-scale programs.
• Background in corporate strategy, transformation, consulting, or value creation organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end value realization for the Transformation Program and establish governance, baselining, forecasting, and executive reporting.
• Quantify transformation value (cost, revenue, working capital, productivity) and integrate impacts into budgets and long-range plans.
• Enforce value-capture discipline by grounding initiatives’ business cases and tracking against baselines with variance drivers.
• Partner with HR and Tower Leads to design, validate, and track retained organization savings.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on value realization opportunities, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Develop and maintain standardized templates and governance routines for transformation business cases and reporting cadences.
• Act as the finance approver at each stage-gate, locking baselines and overseeing tracking in Value Capture platform (Shibumi).
• Coordinate with FP&A to ensure consistent forecasting, reporting, and executive narratives for transformation impacts.
• Translate transformation activities into clear P&L and cash impacts for Markets and Functions.
