Job summary

The role partners with Transformation Leaders, Finance, IT, HR, and Procurement to translate activities into P&L impacts and executive reporting. This position drives accountability across a global organization while safeguarding approved savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A, transformation finance, value realization, or finance business partnering in a global organization.
• Proven track record building financial governance, business cases, and executive reporting cadences.
• Strong financial acumen linking operational initiatives to P&L impact.
• Executive presence with matrixed stakeholder influence.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning in global environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end value realization for the Transformation Program across global functions.
• Quantify transformation value (cost, revenue, working capital, productivity) and integrate into budgets and forecasts.
• Enforce value-capture discipline with grounded business cases and variance tracking.
• Partner with HR and Transformation Leads to design and track Retained Organization savings.
• Serve as finance approver at each stage-gate and oversee tracking in the Value Capture platform.
