Job summary

Brink’s is seeking a seasoned Director of Value Realization to lead end-to-end value capture from the enterprise Transformation Program. This role reports to the Vice President, Value Realization Office and owns governance, financial discipline, tracking, and executive reporting to ensure baselined commitments are delivered.

The leader will partner with Transformation Tower Leads and Corporate FP&A to translate activities into P&L and cash impacts, driving standardized reporting and adherence to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, transformation finance, value realization, or finance business partnering in a global org.
• Proven track record building governance, business cases, and executive reporting cadences.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to link initiatives to P&L impact.
• Executive presence with ability to influence across a matrixed stakeholder environment.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning in complex/global environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end value realization process for the Transformation Program across Global Functions.
• Quantify transformation value (cost, revenue, working capital, productivity) and integrate into budgets, forecasts, long-range plans.
• Enforce value-capture discipline with grounded business cases and track execution vs baseline with variance drivers.
• Partner with HR and Transformation Leads to design, validate, and track Retained Organization savings for each function.
• Serve as finance advisor to executive leadership on opportunities, risks, dependencies, and mitigations.
• Review and validate business cases; act as finance approver at each stage-gate; manage baselines and tracking in Shibumi.
