Job summary

CVS Health's Aetna division seeks a senior leader to develop and maintain enterprise VBC results, outcomes, proof points, case studies, and success stories across Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid.

You will partner with analytics, finance, quality, network, and operations to quantify impact, shape messaging, and drive strategic proposals, client engagements, and thought leadership, while advancing VBC strategy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare consulting, strategy, communications, marketing, or business development.
• Experience communicating value of value-based care and population health.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to translate complex healthcare concepts into compelling narratives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise VBC results, outcomes, proof points, and case studies.
• Partner with analytics, finance, quality, network, and operations to quantify impact.
• Lead VBC content strategy and positioning for sales pursuits and RFPs.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product, Network Development, and Account Management.
• Create and maintain standard and customized VBC value stories and presentations.
• Ensure consistent VBC messaging across lines of business and stakeholders.
• Advance VBC thought leadership through conferences, publications, and webinars.
• Monitor industry trends to inform messaging and strategic priorities.
• Lead internal comms to raise awareness of VBC strategy and accomplishments.
