Job summary

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina is seeking a Director of Value Based Care Operations & Execution to lead the operational delivery of value-based programs across the enterprise. You will ensure programs are implemented effectively, remove barriers, and align cross-functional teams toward enterprise goals.

You will partner with performance, finance, and strategy teams while owning execution, governance, and scalable delivery, and you will build and lead a team focused on program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience
• In lieu of degree, 12+ years of experience in related field

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of value-based care programs and coordinate cross-functional delivery.
• Drive execution across cross-functional teams with defined timelines and objectives.
• Identify and resolve operational barriers to program implementation.
• Establish workflows, governance, and accountability across programs.
• Ensure readiness for new program implementations and contract changes.
• Translate insights from analytics into actionable operational changes.
• Align processes with contractual requirements and financial expectations.
• Lead prioritization of operational initiatives across stakeholders.
• Serve as escalation point for complex operational issues.
• Oversee attribution, reporting inputs, and execution.
