Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina seeks a Director of Value Based Care Operations & Execution to lead the end-to-end operational delivery of value-based care programs. You will coordinate clinical, network, finance, actuarial, analytics, and operational stakeholders to ensure programs are executed at scale and aligned with enterprise goals.
You will drive accountability, establish operational discipline, and translate insights into measurable outcomes while leading a team responsible
Formación
- Bachelor's degree required or 12+ years of related field experience in lieu of degree.
- Must have demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional programs.
Responsabilidades
- Lead end-to-end execution of value-based care programs across the enterprise.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver programs on time and within scope.
- Identify and resolve operational barriers to implementation and ongoing delivery.
- Establish clear workflows, governance, and accountability structures.
- Ensure readiness for new program implementations, contract changes, and model updates.
- Oversee provider engagement and improvements in program delivery.
