Job summary
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina seeks a Director of Value Based Care Operations & Execution to lead the operational delivery of value-based care programs across the enterprise. You will coordinate cross-functional teams spanning clinical, network, finance, analytics, and operations to ensure programs are implemented effectively and achieve enterprise goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree plus 10 years of experience; or 12+ years of experience in a related field in lieu of degree.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of value-based care programs across the enterprise.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure program requirements align with operational delivery.
- Identify and resolve operational barriers impacting program implementation and ongoing execution.
- Establish and enforce workflows, governance, and accountability structures for programs.
- Drive readiness for new program implementations, contract changes, and model updates.
