Tampa General Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Director of Value Analysis to lead the program that evaluates products, equipment, and services for clinical outcomes and cost reduction.

You will oversee the Value Analysis Team, engage physicians and executives, and drive evidence-based product selections. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degrees in Nursing, Respiratory Therapy, Radiologic Technology, or related Allied Health field.
• Eight (8) years of experience, four (4) in a leadership capacity.
• Clinical license required for corresponding clinical degree.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead the value analysis process across multiple service lines and departments to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
• Oversee the value analysis and approval processes for the selection of clinical products, equipment, services, and technology.
• Facilitate relationships with physicians, key stakeholders, and executives to optimize value analysis initiatives.
• Provide support and participate in the value analysis executive steering committee meetings.
• Direct product and service requests, analysis, introduction, investigation, analysis, education, conversion issues, and track projected outcomes.
• Establish cost savings, clinical quality, and outcome initiatives that are collaborative and results driven.
• Identify supply and service standardization, product utilization, and reduction of waste opportunities.
• Develop best practice solutions for identified value analysis barriers.
