Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business-related field required.
• Three years' experience in a healthcare setting required; project management and clinical field preferred.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and ability in cost-benefit analysis and financial feasibility studies.
• Knowledge of clinical and operational improvement processes.
• Independent and self-motivated with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Value Analysis Team to plan and execute the VA program.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings through standardization and utilization.
• Assist in selection, evaluation, monitoring, analysis and implementation of cost-effective products, services and processes.
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with clinical, administrative, and healthcare staff to ensure outcomes and improved patient care.
