Qualifications

• 7+ years in valuations and modeling at a Big 4, investment bank, or independent valuation firm.
• Experience conducting financial analyses and modeling for complex instruments and securities.
• Strong education in Finance, Quantitative Finance, Economics or Mathematics.
• Advanced knowledge of financial statements and valuation methodologies.
• Demonstrated client relationship management and project leadership.
• Proficiency with financial programming tools and Capital IQ.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills; strong communication.
• Ability to work flexibly in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end project management and execution of valuation projects (planning, resourcing, organizing).
• Oversee financial analysis on the valuation of complex securities and instruments.
• Develop narrative reports describing methodologies, assumptions, and findings.
• Lead, train, and manage Associates and Senior Associates on valuation work.
• Act as client contact on engagements and coordinate with staff.
• Determine methodologies with Managing Directors for due diligence.
• Present valuation conclusions to clients and address questions.
• Lead client meetings and due diligence calls.
• Provide coaching and feedback to junior staff.
• Cultivate relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Collaborate with Managing Directors on practice management and business development.
