Qualifications

• 7+ years of valuations and modeling experience at a Big 4, investment bank, or independent valuation firm.
• Experience evaluating complex financial instruments and securities.
• Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or Mathematics.
• Strong client relationship management and project leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end valuation projects and manage resourcing.
• Oversee financial analysis of complex securities and instruments.
• Develop narratives describing methodologies, assumptions, and findings.
• Present valuation conclusions to clients and address questions.
• Coach and manage Associates and Senior Associates.
• Cultivate client relationships and support business development.
