Job summary

Veeva Systems in the United States seeks a Director, Validation Management Strategy to lead the expansion of Validation Management across North America, helping life sciences companies digitize and manage CQV processes through a cloud-based platform.

You will align sales, marketing, products, and services into a cohesive vision, guiding executives and partners on global validation adoption while enabling a data-centric approach and strong customer outcomes. Travel up to 40% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of life sciences validation experience, focusing on commissioning, qualification, and validation of equipment and processes.
• Deep understanding of the validation lifecycle for facilities, utilities, and equipment.
• Experience with risk-based qualification approaches and industry standards like ASTM E2500, ISPE Baseline Guides, Annex 15.
• Proven ability to innovate processes and solutions toward data-centric validation.
• Experience with digital validation software to streamline field execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead market expansion and growth for Validation Management in North America.
• Provide strategic direction to field-facing teams and engage executive leadership at manufacturing sites.
• Guide product teams to address validation challenges in complex production environments.
• Develop messaging to drive customer adoption from document-centric to data-centric validation.
• Coordinate resources across the customer lifecycle from discovery to delivery and value realization.
• Act as an industry evangelist through conferences, webinars, and publications.
• Manage relationships with technical communities and partners.
• Partner with sales and services to ensure an exceptional end-to-end customer experience.
