You will lead the digitization of CQV processes through a cloud-based platform and drive a cohesive, data-centric validation vision. Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in life sciences validation, focusing on commissioning, qualification, and validation of manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Deep understanding of validation lifecycle for facilities, utilities, and process equipment.
• Experience with risk-based qualification and standards like ASTM E2500, ISPE Baseline Guides, Annex 15.
• Proven ability to innovate and move organizations from document-centric to data-centric validation.
• Experience implementing digital validation software and streamlining field execution.
• Ability to discuss validation strategies with heads of engineering, quality, and IT leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Bioengineering, Electrical, or related).
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
