You will collaborate with Market Access, Finance, Legal, and Government Pricing, influencing senior leadership and shaping strategy in response to evolving healthcare policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Biological Sciences, or related field required.
• 8+ years in pharma/healthcare with pricing, reimbursement, and policy experience.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as pricing, policy SME, assessing regulatory changes and mitigation.
• Lead forecasting, modeling to evaluate impact of policy and contracting.
• Oversee pricing governance, business cases, and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with Government Pricing, Compliance, Legal to meet regs.
• Provide insights to senior leadership on pricing and strategy.
• Monitor ASP trends and reimbursement benchmarks to inform strategy.
• Support launch readiness for pipeline assets pricing and policy.
