BeOne Medicines Ltd. in the United States seeks a Director, US Pricing, Contracting & Policy Strategy to lead pricing for in-line and pipeline assets.

You will integrate policy developments, financial modeling, and market dynamics to keep pricing competitive and forward-looking. You will work across Market Access, Finance, Legal, Government Pricing, and other teams, providing insights to senior leadership and aligning pricing with regulatory requirements and strategic goals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Biological Sciences, or related; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in pharma/healthcare with pricing, reimbursement, and policy strategy focus.
• Deep understanding of U.S. health policy and government pricing regulations.
• Expertise in market access dynamics, pricing landscapes, and reimbursement models.
• Experience creating pricing and contracting strategies for in-line and pipeline products.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking; able to translate policy into actionable plans.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership across a large organization.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as policy and pricing expert, assessing regulatory changes and mitigation.
• Drive scenario planning, forecasting, and modeling for pricing impacts.
• Oversee pricing governance, including business cases and executive presentations.
• Partner with Government Pricing and Compliance to meet regulatory requirements.
• Provide insights to senior leadership; influence corporate strategy.
• Monitor ASP trends, reimbursement benchmarks, and address net price risks.
• Develop channel strategies for policy changes and mitigation as needed.
• Support cross-functional launch readiness for pipeline assets.
