Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking a Director of US Pricing, Contracting & Policy Strategy to shape pricing and contracting for inline and pipeline assets in the United States.

You will integrate policy developments, market dynamics, and financial modeling to keep pricing forward-looking and competitive. You will partner across Market Access, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Government Pricing to enable effective decision-making and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Biological Sciences, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare pricing, reimbursement, and policy strategy.
• Deep understanding of U.S. health policy and pricing regulations.
• Experience developing pricing and contracting strategies for in-line and pipeline products.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking; translate policy into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as pricing policy expert, assessing legislative/regulatory changes and mitigation strategies.
• Drive scenario planning, forecasting, and modeling of policy changes and contracting approaches.
• Oversee pricing governance processes, financial modeling, and executive presentations for list price and contract approvals.
• Partner with Government Pricing and Compliance to meet all federal and state regulatory requirements.
• Provide policy and pricing insights to senior leadership, influencing corporate strategy.
• Monitor ASP trends and reimbursement benchmarks to inform pricing strategy.
• Develop channel-specific strategies for policy changes and mitigation plans.
• Support cross-functional launch readiness for pipeline assets, incorporating pricing and policy implications.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Government Pricing to ensure contracts meet regulatory requirements.
