Job summary

Scotiabank - Global Banking and Markets is seeking a leader for the US Cash Management Operations team. You will oversee client support, payments, and liquidity management, driving scalable operating models and governance across deposits and payment services.

You will collaborate with product, technology, and sales teams to enable growth while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management within Global Transaction Banking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, or related discipline preferred.
• 7–12 years of progressive experience in Transaction Banking, Treasury Management, Payments, Corporate/Commercial Deposits, or related financial services.
• Extensive knowledge of transaction banking products, including Deposits, Liquidity Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead client support and payments functions for Deposit, Payments, and Liquidity Management.
• Develop scalable operating models, service frameworks, and governance standards.
• Oversee Payments Support ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
• Lead governance centralization for industry testing, payment certifications, and network changes.
• Collaborate with product, technology, and sales teams to support growth initiatives.
