Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a senior leader to oversee the Undersea and Submarine Programs portfolio under the PAE model. You will champion cradle-to-grave acquisition, manage technical innovation, contracting, and lifecycle sustainment for advanced undersea platforms.

Active DoW Secret clearance with immediate upgrade to TS/SCI preferred and 25% travel are required. The role drives cross-functional collaboration with government, industry, and internal teams to deliver mission success.

Qualifications

• Active DoW Secret clearance
• U.S. citizenship
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, PM, Acquisition or related field
• 10 years of leadership experience in defense/government programs
• Experience managing large-scale government programs/contracts
• Willingness to travel ~25%

Responsibilities

• Advise senior government and industry stakeholders on program execution and strategic priorities
• Engage with customers and maintain relationships across the Undersea Warfare Enterprise
• Assess program performance, schedule, risks, and acquisition outcomes
• Identify risks and opportunities and recommend actions to leadership
• Develop and evaluate operational processes, governance, and metrics
• Lead cross-functional teams to support program and business objectives
• Collaborate across government, industry, and internal teams to achieve mission success
• Provide expertise on defense industrial base capabilities and supply chain considerations
