Serco Inc. seeks a visionary Leader to support the PAE Undersea and Submarine Programs portfolio, driving cradle-to-grave acquisition, technical innovation, and lifecycle sustainment for advanced undersea platforms.

This senior role shapes strategy, manages complex contracts, and coordinates across government and industry to deliver mission-critical capabilities. The successful candidate will hold an active DoW Secret clearance (TS/SCI upgrade preferred), be a U.S.

Formación

• Active DoW Secret clearance with immediate upgrade potential to TS/SCI.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Bachelor's degree as listed.
• 10+ years of leadership in defense/government programs.
• Experience managing large-scale government contracts or initiatives.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Experience engaging with senior government, military, industry, and executives.
• Strong skills in risk assessment and performance analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as trusted advisor on program execution, performance, risk, and priorities.
• Support senior customer engagement across Undersea Warfare Enterprise.
• Conduct independent assessments of program execution and readiness.
• Identify risks and opportunities; provide actionable recommendations.
• Evaluate performance measures and enable informed decisions.
• Develop and evaluate operational processes, governance, and metrics.
• Analyze complex challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Support execution of complex government contracts and initiatives.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams and SMEs.
• Promote collaboration across government, industry, and internal teams.
• Provide expertise on defense industrial base, supply chain, and acquisition strategies.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices relevant to Navy programs.
