Job summary

RG&T Solutions is seeking a senior leader to drive UKG transformation projects across Pro, Ready, and Dimensions, with a focus on Workforce Management (WFM). The role combines strategy, innovation, and operational improvement across industries, delivering analytics-enabled solutions.

The candidate should bring extensive experience in transformation, data analysis, and effective stakeholder management, with a preference for Big 4 exposure and strong UKG knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum of twelve years of relevant experience in strategy, transformation, workforce planning, or advisory services.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Proven leadership in managing projects, teams, and client interactions, with expertise in large data set analysis using Tableau, SQL, or Power BI.
• Certifications and deep knowledge of UKG modules are highly desirable.
• Ability to travel and work legally in the U.S. without sponsorship is required.

Conduct business requirements gathering, process mapping, and data analysis while maintaining professional integrity.
