Job summary

LS Solutions seeks a senior leader to drive UKG transformation projects within an advisory setting. You will sell and deliver solutions using UKG Pro, UKG Ready, and UKG Dimensions, focusing on strategy, operational improvement, and workforce management.

Responsibilities include leading client engagements, developing roadmaps, and driving business development through client relationships and high-quality deliverables. Travel and leadership of cross-functional teams are expected.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in strategy, transformation, or advisory services, preferably Big 4.
• Experience with WFM and UKG products (UKG Dimensions strongly preferred).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Role Overview

Seeking a senior leader to drive UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) transformation projects within an advisory setting. The position involves selling and delivering solutions using UKG products such as UKG Pro, UKG Ready, and UKG Dimensions, focusing on strategy, operational improvement, and workforce management (WFM).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements on process improvement, optimization, and transformation initiatives, particularly in workforce management.
• Develop strategic roadmaps, facilitate design sessions with executives, and produce high-quality deliverables utilizing qualitative and quantitative data.
• Drive business development activities, including proposal creation and solution innovation, leveraging client relationships.
• Participate in project execution with a focus on operational, financial, and quality improvements using market-leading technology and analytics.
• Gather business requirements, conduct data analysis, and map processes to support project goals.
• Uphold professional integrity and foster a respectful work environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in strategy, transformation, workforce management, or related advisory services, preferably within a Big 4 or major consulting firm.
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven leadership in managing teams, projects, and client relationships, with expertise in WFM and UKG products.
• Strong data analysis skills using tools like Tableau, SQL, Power BI, and experience with Workforce Management systems, especially UKG Dimensions.
• Certifications in UKG modules and ability to travel as needed.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
