Job summary

RG&T Solutions seeks a Manager, UKG in an Advisory Services practice focused on workforce management solutions. Lead project teams across UKG Pro, UKG Ready, and UKG Dimensions to deliver client-focused implementations.

You will apply advanced analytics to drive process improvement, transform workforce management processes, and develop high-quality reports and briefings while upholding professionalism and integrity. Travel as needed and ability to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of relevant UKG consulting experience.
• Proficiency and certifications in UKG products/modules such as UKG Pro (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, etc.), UKG Ready (Time & Attendance, Scheduling), and UKG Dimensions (Scheduling, workforce analytics).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to travel as needed and eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
