Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of UKG consulting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or related field.
• Certifications in UKG Pro, UKG Ready and UKG Dimensions.

Role Overview:

This position involves leading UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) implementation workstreams, managing projects, and ensuring the delivery of UKG products and modules such as UKG Pro, UKG Ready, and UKG Dimensions. The Senior Associate will develop and apply project management standards and tools, uphold professional integrity, and foster a respectful work environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least three years of relevant UKG consulting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or related field.
• Proficiency and certifications in UKG products/modules such as UKG Pro (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment, Talent Management, Performance), UKG Ready (Time & Attendance, Scheduling, HR), and UKG Dimensions (scheduling, workforce management, analytics, mobile solutions).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Legal work authorization in the U.S. without sponsorship.
