Leadout Capital is seeking a Senior Director, Treasury to lead the EMEA Operations and own the global Treasury Systems function from our San Francisco office, with a hybrid schedule averaging three days on site.

You will oversee cash management, liquidity forecasting, bank relationships, inter-company funding, and drive automation and system upgrades across TMS and related platforms, partnering with IT, Finance, and Legal teams on transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive treasury experience, including people leadership and systems ownership.
• Deep knowledge of EMEA treasury/banking regulatory landscape.
• Hands-on experience implementing or managing treasury management systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the EMEA Treasury Operations team, overseeing cash management, liquidity forecasting, bank relationships, and inter-company funding across the region.
• Own the roadmap, governance, and operational performance of core treasury management systems (TMS), payment platforms, and related integrations.
• Serve as a key leader on global treasury transformation projects, including process automation, system implementations/migrations, and operating model redesign.
