Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven track record in clinical medicine or clinical research with biomedical research background.
• Publications or presentations demonstrating scientific scholarship.
• Strong interpersonal, writing and presentation skills and ability to work collaboratively across therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of an early development team, leading early clinical development strategy.
• Develop and execute early clinical strategy for novel therapeutics, including lead optimization and Phase I/II studies.
• Design and validate clinical platforms using biomarkers and imaging to interrogate biological activity in humans.
• Provide clinical pharmacology input for Phase I–IV programs and global regulatory submissions.
• Communicate study results clearly to governance bodies and cross-functional teams, and support business development assessments.
