Aon Corporation seeks a Director of Program Management to lead the PMO for a multi-year operating model transformation. Reporting to the ABS leadership, you will govern the transformation roadmap, coordinate with internal consulting, and ensure compliant delivery across regions and functions.

Qualifications

7+ years in program management with PMO leadership experience.
Experience building governance, risk and performance management frameworks.
Experience with global, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of program managers to deliver the transformation roadmap.
Identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies.
Collaborate with workstream leads and senior partners for progress and decisions.
Develop dashboards and status reports for executives.
