Qualifications

• 8–15+ years of consulting experience, with top-tier strategy firms preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or finance; MBA a plus
• Proven track record leading transformation initiatives from assessment to implementation
• Strong client delivery skills with a proven ability to lead and deliver sustainable solutions
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven attitude
• Hands‑on operator with executive-level exposure; grit and stamina
• Experience in financial modeling, EBITDA improvement, value creation, and P&L ownership
• Ability to frame ambiguous problems and communicate insights to executives
• High emotional intelligence and collaboration across teams
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio; travel-ready
• Experience using Claude

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional transformation programs across revenue, cost, and delivery models
• Drive value capture and governance with client executives
• Collaborate with clients to assess, strategize, and implement improvements across industries
• Develop tailored methodologies for complex engagements in dynamic environments
