Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years’ experience in real estate transactions
• Familiarity with leases, loan documents, title docs, environmental property assessments and property condition reports
• Demonstrated people leadership, delegation, coaching, talent development and accountability
• Strong communication, executive presence, and sound judgment with senior leaders and partners
• Prior management experience preferred in fast‑paced, transaction‑driven environments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Experience with Yardi and Dealpath preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing team of transactions analysts, with a focus on capability, confidence, and accountability during high deal volume.
• Delegate work by aligning assignments with team capacity, skill level, and priorities.
• Provide direction, coaching, real-time feedback, and structured development opportunities to analysts.
• Communicate transaction priorities, risks, and resource needs with clarity to leadership and partners.
• Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement in Transactions Management.
• Champion AI-enabled tools and automated processes to improve capacity, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Foster partnership with Investment, Capital Markets and Legal teams throughout transactions.
• Collaborate with Internal Services and Operations teams to ensure seamless asset onboarding, offboarding, and refinancing.
• Elevate internal-identified risks and propose solutions to mitigate them.
