Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years’ experience in real estate transactions.
• Familiarity with leases, loan documents, title documents, environmental property assessments and property condition reports.
• Demonstrated people leadership skills, ability to delegate, coach, build talent, and drive accountability.
• Strong communication skills, executive presence, and sound judgment with senior leaders and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing team of transactions analysts.
• Delegate work effectively by aligning assignments with team capacity and priorities.
• Provide clear direction, coaching, and structured development opportunities.
• Communicate transaction priorities, risks, and resource needs with executive presence.
• Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Champion AI-enabled tools and automated processes to improve capacity and efficiency.
• Foster partnership with Investment, Capital Market and Legal teams throughout transactions.
• Collaborate with Integrated Services and Operations leadership to ensure seamless onboarding, offboarding, and refinancing.
• Elevate risks internally and propose mitigation strategies.
