Job summary

IncredibleBank is seeking a Director of Training and Development to lead the design and execution of enterprise-wide onboarding, role-based training, and leadership development at our Wausau, WI location. This exempt, full-time role partners with Operations, Compliance, and the People Team to elevate customer experience and overall performance.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in learning and development, a Bachelor’s degree, and a proven track record in building scalable training programs,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years in learning and development, organizational development, HR, or related field.
• Experience with onboarding programs, role-based training, and learning roadmaps.
• Experience facilitating training, consulting with leaders, and analyzing performance gaps.
• Experience with LMS, training tracking tools, reporting dashboards, and related software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design onboarding, role-based training, manager development, and people development programs.
• Partner with leaders to identify knowledge and behaviors required for success and close capability gaps.
• Govern branch and operational procedures to keep policies and processes current and compliant.
• Develop metrics and reports to measure training effectiveness and readiness.
