Job summary

Biocomposites is expanding its US market access for a new diabetic foot infection program. You will lead the Trade and Distribution function, optimize the 3PL and wholesale network, and coordinate with Market Access to support a successful launch and post-launch adoption.

Responsibilities include managing channel logistics, GPO contract pricing, and fee structures while ensuring revenue integrity and data accuracy across systems. This is a high-impact role in a growing medical devices company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7–10 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device trade, distribution, or channel operations.
• Direct experience managing 3PL relationships and wholesale networks.
• Strong knowledge of GPOs, roster management, chargebacks, and admin fees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day 3PL and channel operations, ensuring storage, inventory, and distribution efficiency.
• Lead GPO contract implementation and roster alignment across distributor systems.
• Manage trade budget, DSAs, and GPO-related fees; monitor GTN dilution and pricing disputes.
• Collaborate with Finance to track revenue integrity and ensure data feeds and fee structures align with volume.
