Biocomposites in the United States seeks a Product Specialist to drive compliant sales growth across core specialties including joint reconstruction, trauma, spine, and foot and ankle. You will motivate, educate, and support distributor sales representatives, conduct product trainings, and provide hands-on, in-field sales support to surgeons and hospital teams.

The role requires extensive travel to hospitals, collaboration with distributors, and ongoing education to ensure correct product use

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and reside within or willing to relocate to the territory.
• 3–5 years of medical or B2B sales success with demonstrated career progression.
• Ability to present technical information and educate customers and distributors.
• Strong written and oral communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Achieve sales revenue targets by product and specialty in assigned hospitals.
• Drive adoption with surgeons and distributor teams; train and support reps.
• Travel to target hospitals and engage surgeons and peri-operative staff.
• Maintain CRM records and regularly update on market conditions and pricing.
• Provide product in-services and education to hospital staff; support new distributors.
