A leading healthcare organization seeks a Trade Client Strategy Director to manage clinical policies and liaise with participants. This role involves implementing trade strategies, ensuring contract compliance, and collaborating with various internal teams. Ideal candidates will have a Pharmacy degree and extensive experience in healthcare contracting.
The hiring range for this role is:
$155,000.00 - $175,000.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range, and this range may be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the range may depend on factors such as competencies, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and organizational needs.
This job is also eligible for an annual bonus incentive pay.

Synergie is a new medication contracting organization founded by Blue Cross and Blue Shield affiliated companies, focused on improving access and affordability to costly medical benefit drugs administered in clinical settings for nearly 100 million Americans.
The Trade Client Strategy Director liaises with participants, manages clinical policies, and supports compliance with manufacturer contracts, implementing trade strategies and initiatives, and collaborating with the Client Relations team for trade-related inquiries. This includes managing drug policies, cross-benefit management, and rebate qualification for manufacturer contracts. The role involves establishing partnerships with internal teams to drive rebate programs and serving as the primary trade contact for participant-facing activities, supporting clinical decision-making to ensure contract compliance.
Travel up to 10%. Work is generally remote.
