A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Trade Client Strategy Director to enhance affordability and access to medical benefit drugs. This role involves managing clinical policies, collaborating with internal teams, and driving rebate programs to support clinical decision-making. Candidates should possess a pharmacy degree and relevant experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical contracting.
The hiring range for this role is:
$155,000.00 - $175,000.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range, and this range may also be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the range may depend on factors such as competencies, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and organizational needs. This job is also eligible for an annual bonus in incentive pay.

Synergie Medication Collective is a new organization founded by Blue Cross and Blue Shield affiliates, focusing on improving affordability and access to costly medical benefit drugs for nearly 100 million Americans. The Trade Client Strategy Director liaises with participants, manages clinical policies to comply with manufacturer contracts, implements trade strategies, and collaborates with the Client Relations team for trade inquiries. This role involves establishing partnerships with internal teams to drive rebate programs and supporting clinical decision-making at the participant level.
Travel requirements: Up to 10%. Work is generally remote.
