Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of senior-level HR and people leadership experience.
• Experience in developing compensation strategies and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of compensation, benefits, HRIS, and compliance analysts.
• Develop compensation strategies including base pay structures and bonus programs.
• Advise HR Business Partners on complex compensation matters.
