The position is fully onsite at their Midtown Manhattan office. You will collaborate with Finance, Legal and Payroll, develop wellness initiatives, conduct market analyses, oversee annual salary reviews, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years’ experience in benefits management/administration.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or related platform.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and administration of benefit plans and programs.
• Collaborate with Finance, legal and Payroll to manage benefit plans.
• Create relationships with vendors and evaluate optimal service and support.
• Develop and launce wellness initiatives, programs, and events.
• Ensure all programs are compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Design and analyze all compensation structures.
• Conduct market analyses.
• Oversee annual salary review.
• Utilize data to assess program effectiveness.
• Forecast trends.
