Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a results-oriented senior Human Resources professional who is an expert in designing and improving total reward programs. As Director, Total Rewards, you will partner with HR management and cross-functional leaders to advise on total reward best practice and contribute to the design, implementation, administration and governance of compensation & benefit programs.

This position will be based out of the headquarter office in San Jose, CA and will interact with all levels

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years in Human Resources with at least 7 years in total rewards.
• Experience in hardware or electronic manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
• People-centric professional with ability to communicate with all levels.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with ability to handle ambiguity.
• Ability to partner, consult, and coach senior management as a HR leader.

Responsibilities

• Design and guide job evaluations, market matching, pay decisions and governance.
• Lead compensation initiatives including job leveling, salary surveys, and structure updates.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to supplement market data.
• Collaborate with HRBP and Finance on compensation budgets and talent reviews.
• Manage relationships with external partners, consultants, and vendors.
• Develop and deliver strategic rewards recommendations for cost‑effective benefits.
• Drive total rewards programs and align philosophy with company values.
