Job summary

Supermicro is looking for a results-oriented senior Human Resources professional who is an expert in designing and improving the total reward programs. As a Director, Total Rewards, you will be partnering with HR management and cross-functional leaders to advise on total reward best practice and contributing to the design, implementation, administration and governance of compensation & benefit programs.

In addition to total reward project management described above, this position will provide

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 7 years in total rewards.
• Experience in hardware or electronic manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
• People-centric with strong communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to partner, consult, and coach senior management as an HR leader.

Responsibilities

• Design and guide job evaluations, market matching, and pay governance.
• Lead compensation initiatives, including job leveling and salary surveys.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to supplement market data.
• Partner with HRBP and Finance on compensation budgets and reviews.
• Manage relationships with external compensation vendors.
• Advise on benefit programs that are cost-effective and compliant.
