The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong analytical and operational capabilities in compensation planning, benefits administration, salary benchmarking, and incentive design.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, total rewards, or related HR functions.
• Director-level or senior leader experience preferred.
• Expertise in compensation strategy, salary benchmarking, job architecture, and incentive design.
• Knowledge of employee benefits programs, vendor management, plan administration, and cost optimization.
• Experience leading annual compensation cycles, merit planning, bonuses, and open enrollment.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and advise leadership.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership, Finance, HR BPs, and external vendors.
• Proficiency with HRIS and compensation management platforms; Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute compensation strategies aligned with business goals and market conditions.
• Oversee salary structures, pay ranges, job evaluations, and benchmarking.
• Lead annual compensation planning, merit increases, and incentive programs.
• Evaluate pay equity and external competitiveness.
• Partner with HR BPs and leaders on compensation decisions, offers, promotions, retention.
• Oversee design and administration of benefits programs and open enrollment.
• Manage relationships with brokers, carriers, and administrators.
• Develop metrics and reporting on costs, pay equity, and program effectiveness.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across compensation and benefits.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Finance and executives.
