Job summary

VanEck is seeking a Director of Business Development & Partnerships for Digital Assets in New York. You will own relationships with US exchanges and fintech platforms, structure complex distribution agreements, and coordinate with product and compliance to align market needs with roadmaps.

This role focuses on growth through tokenized securities and DeFi integrations. You will translate partner requirements into product input, track channel AUM, and drive sustained partnerships, while navigating

Qualifications

5+ years in a business development, partnerships, or distribution role at a crypto-native firm, tokenization platform, or digital asset-focused financial institution.
Demonstrated track record of closing distribution agreements, exchange listings, or protocol integrations.
Familiarity with AML/KYC constraints on CeFi and DeFi distribution, and ability to navigate compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Own relationships with US-based centralized exchanges and fintech platforms for tokenized securities distribution.
Develop and execute partnership proposals including revenue share and co-branded features.
Coordinate with compliance and BD to structure broker-dealer compliant agreements.
Track AUM and TVL, report growth against targets.
