Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience bridging traditional finance and blockchain environments.
• Understanding of investment fund structures, transfer agents, custodians, and fund workflows.
• Hands-on understanding of onchain finance and DeFi protocol mechanics.
• Experience coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams with strict timelines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end coordination of new tokenized product launches from scoping to live distribution.
• Maintain product roadmaps, timelines, and trackers across multiple initiatives.
• Draft and manage product requirements with legal, compliance, operations, and tech teams.
• Coordinate with transfer agents, custodians, and tokenization infrastructure providers.
• Identify blockers and propose solutions rather than just surfacing problems.
• Support operational management of live tokenized products and track performance metrics.
