L’Oréal in El Segundo, CA, is seeking a Dir, TikTok Shop Lead to drive the TikTok Shop business for Urban Decay. You will own the commercial strategy, forecast, and portfolio planning while coordinating with BUs, L&R, S&OP, and Finance.

The role requires substantial P&L ownership and a hands-on, analytical mindset. Responsibilities include leading platform campaigns, promotional planning, R&O management, and close collaboration with supply chain and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in relevant field.
• Experience with TikTok Shop.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.
• In-office presence required.

What You Will Learn

Leads sales, forecast, portfolio strategy to drive growth & profitability with operational excellence. Owns P&L and operational alignments with BUs, L&R, S&OP and Finance.

• Own commercial strategy for big platform campaigns and promotions
• Lead brand overall sales forecast, promotional planning (discount, GWPs)
• SISO management
• Lead R&O (Risk & Opportunities) - signalizing needs and pivots to close gaps, as well as opportunities to invest further to boost positive flywheel
• Collaboration with supply chain, customer service, L&R
• Drive account level P&L performance
• Partner with L&R on alignment of strategic priorities and execution
• Lead full portfolio strategy
  • Defining right assortment for the platform
  • Architecting Mix to deliver a clear path to profitability (disproportionally grow WOB of Heroes vs. Innovation)
  • Leading Innovation discussions with Brands to ensure launches are successfully introduced & executed in the platform
  • Leading bundle strategy, monthly & seasonal recommendations based on strategic priorities + financial KPIs
  • Co-lead GWP strategy with Affiliate leads – ensuring value equation & portfolio lift
  • Leading E&O strategy to reduce E&O levels by >35% in 1 year

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 8+ years of experience
• Experience with TikTok Shop
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong Analytical and Financial acumen

• Strong project management, communication, organization, and analytical skills

Salary Range

Salary Range: $128,000 - $180,000 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
