Job summary

L'Oreal USA, Inc is seeking a Manager, TikTok Shop - Content (Urban Decay) to own the brand's TikTok content calendar and drive innovative storytelling across live streams, webinars, and short-form videos. You will optimize narratives with data insights and collaborate to enable agile approvals with creators and affiliates.

This role requires strong project management, in-office presence, and experience with TikTok Shop.

• Drive full-funnel e-commerce performance by tracking KPIs and supporting launches.
• Partner to establish and brief the creator/affiliate network and manage agile approvals.
• Lead end-to-end short-form video production including scripting, filming, and editing.

What You Will Learn:

• Content Strategy & Data Optimization:Own the TikTok content calendar for specific brand(s), leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to optimize narratives, execute A/B testing, and analyze organic/commerce data via the TikTok Business Suite to maximize ROI.
• Content Innovation & Division Leadership: Drive brand content innovation (such as Content Flooding aligned with product priorities,live streaming, and webinar evolution). Analyze competitive trends across the category/categories to stay at the forefront of innovative storytelling.
  • Livestreaming:propose strategic frame, TSP for affiliate, owned model, cadence, seasonality
  • Webinar Evolution: propose strategic frame, create best-in-class execution/brief model for brand, execute monthly + branded/seasonal webinars (approximately 1 per month)
• TikTok Shop Ecosystem & Execution:Drive full-funnel e-commerce performanceby tracking KPIs (GMV, AOV, reach), partnering cross-functionally to support product launches, and building agile content banks.
• Creator Community & Agile Approvals:Partner to establish and brief the core creator/affiliate network. Support agile approvals for creators and content by educating brand teams, and translate performance metrics into executive-level insights.
• Hands-On Creative Production: Lead end-to-end short-form video production (scripting, filming, editing using mobile tools like CapCut and Adobesuites), forecasting audio/meme trends to deliver native-feeling content rapidly.
  • Best in class modeling: Lead by example by filming first partly TikTok content that models high quality storytelling and product education for the affiliate network to emulate (in partnership with Affiliate Manager)

• Experience with TikTok Shop
• Microsoft Office Suite

• Beauty experience on TikTok Shop preferred
• Strong project management, communication, and organization

Salary Range

$90,200 - $128,500 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
