Job summary

L'Oréal USA, Inc. is seeking a Manager, TikTok Shop - VIP Affiliate (Urban Decay) in El Segundo, CA. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, and engagement of top TikTok Shop creators within the Beauty & Personal Care category, coordinating sampling and performance-driven campaigns.

You will manage briefs, storytelling, and cross-channel initiatives, balancing partnership strategy with affiliate incentives, while collaborating with brand teams to maximize ROI and retention of high-GMV affiliates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3-5 years of experience.
• Experience with TikTok Shop.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• In-office presence.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and engage high-impact TikTok Shop creators.
• Manage sampling strategy distributing 1,500+ samples quarterly.
• Develop briefs, storytelling guidelines, and content checklists.
• Foster community management for mid-tier and top-tier creators.
• Lead partnership negotiations, incentive budgets, and affiliate programs.
• Plan and execute performance campaigns and cross-channel initiatives.
• Monitor ROI and analytics to provide actionable insights.
• Build TikTok Shop P&L forecasts for onboarding and budgeting.
• Maintain long-term relationships with high-GMV affiliates.

What You Will Learn:

• Creator Recruitment, Onboarding & Engagement:
  • Discover & Onboard: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-impactand emerging TikTok Shop creators within the Beauty & PersonalCare (BPC) category.
  • Sampling & Product Seeding: Manage a comprehensive samplingstrategy, distributing 1,500+ product samples quarterly to inspireauthentic content creation and highlight hero products.

• Briefs & Storytelling:Develop personalized, co-created briefs,creative guidelines, and content checklists to drive standout,performance-driven content.
• Community Management:Foster ongoing engagement andretention among mid-tier and top-tier creators via platforms suchas Lark, Discord, and the TikTok Shop Affiliate Center.

• Campaign Strategy, Management & Execution
  • Partnership Strategy:Lead partnership negotiations, manageaffiliate commission structures, and strategically allocate incentivebudgets to drive top-tier performance.
  • Performance Campaigns:Plan and execute results-driven affiliatecampaigns, contests, and cross-channel initiatives (including offlineevent coordination for top affiliates in partnership with brandteams).
  • Execution & Collaboration:Partner closely with TSPs (TikTok ShopPartners) to ensure seamless execution of ongoing campaigns.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting

• ROI & Analytics:Monitor content and conversion performance,tracking ROI to deliver actionable insights and optimizationrecommendations.
• Financial Forecasting:Build TikTok Shop Profit and Loss (P&L)forecasts to guide client onboarding, budgeting, and overall Shopstrategy.
• Relationship Continuity:Maintain long-term relationships withhigh-GMV affiliates to ensure sustained retention and frequency.

Salary Range

$90,200 - $128,500 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
