Job summary

Invenergy Services LLC is seeking a Manager of Renewables Asset Management to maximize contract value through proactive customer relationship management, commercial oversight, and team leadership. The role leads a team of asset managers, ensures contract compliance, and drives favorable financial outcomes across a portfolio of assets.

You will manage direct and indirect assets, negotiate resolutions, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of asset management, power generation, or renewable energy experience.
• Experience managing customer relationships and commercial contracts.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of asset managers and coach direct reports.
• Directly manage a portfolio of assets and oversee reports by your team.
• Lead customer meetings, reviews, and strategic discussions on asset performance and contracts.
• Identify risks, ensure contract compliance, and resolve complex commercial disputes.
