• Develop, revise,implement,andcommunicatepolicies,processes,andprocedures,holdingstaff accountable for their respective roles and responsibilities.

• Possess in-depth knowledge of state, federal, and professional regulatory requirements for programreimbursement,businessstandards,legalissues,anddocumentationrequirements, andapplythemtoprogramoperationsanddepartments.Educateandcommunicateupdates and changes in standards to the staff and advise the CEO on the needs required for effective program operation and implementation.
